We recently signed up with “Bandit’s” Bikernet and he came by with his Bonneville Panhead called the “Salt Shaker”. It’s a racebike designed by Custom Chrome Sportbike Chassis, powered by an accurate Engineering 120-inch panhead engine which we are going to mate with a Bassani Xhaust system. Kurt Gordon is seen in these photos hambing it up for the camera setting the mood the bike deserves. From the black primer and gold leafing trial numbers on the side to the  CF fender to the Gold brembo brakes, to the gold metal flaked seat this bike hits on all kinds of different taste buds.

We got these photos of a custom known as the “Punisher” fitted nicely with our RSD-697 pipe. This unfinished pipe with wrapping really gives this custom a unique edgy look.This bike was built by Drap Rep. James McGlynn out of Tennessee.

We got this Silver 06 Heritage into R&D to do fitment of our Fishtail on and photograph and do a video for sound on. The fishtails look and perform awesome on this Heritage.

Bruce in R&D put the final touches on the last pipe style for the Harley Rocker C. This turnout prostreet style pipe is a real head turner and after fitting them on the bike we took a sound clip. The sound and performance was definetly there. The part# for this pipe will be STR-3TO.

We are planning on having several pipes for this exciting new bike. The first to roll out is the Road Rage SRT-237 which was fitted today. Check it out

Bruce in R&D fitted this bike for the VVG-637SM Pipes. We took this opportunity to do a sound clip and shoot it in our studio. Our pipes mated with the Victory gets outstanding power and pull. The results are an obvious gain in torque and hp.

R&D completed work on prototyping 2>1 Short Pipe VHM-637 on this 05 Victory Hammer. We tested it out and got a video clip and photographed it. Notice how much better our pipe looks on this bike versus the stock pipes that come on these models. Our pipe really sets this bike off and gives it a lean and aggressive look.

We did an install on a Chevy HHR for a recent customer. Kurt and Bruce worked on this and we were able to take a video on it. This Retro-Rod now has added speed and performance with our system. Check it out.

Our desire to build quality performance exhaust systems has made it over to the metric side. This project revived and finally finished had some amazing results as even the Big Guy took the bike for a spin and was amazed at the performance gain and power. Check out the video. This bike with with our 2>1 pipe sounded bitchin!

Toph of Hot Bike contacted us some time ago to get his sportster project bike fitted with a set of slash cut Pro Street pipes. This bike has some history starting with the S&S engine Toph ordered for it and unknowingly had to cut the frame to make it fit. No final chromed pipe photo avialable as Toph was gonna get this done afterwards.Good luck Toph, looking forward to seeing this bike finished.
