OFFICIAL CONTESTANT RULES & REGULATIONS

TO ENTER, INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Submit one color or B&W digital photographic image portraying entrant’s appearance, personality, photogenic quality and vitality.
• Digital images must be a .jpg format and at least 72 dpi. Images must be no smaller than 3”x4” and no larger than 5”x7”.
• Entry form, User Data and images become the property of Bassani Xhaust upon contest submission. We reserve the right to modify any images for the purposes of formatting. If you disagree with the modification of your image, you may remove it from the contest.
• Each entrant grants Bassani Xhaust and their successors, licensees, assigns and agents, the right to use the entrant’s name hometown, voice, photograph and likeness without additional compensation in advertising, promoting and otherwise sponsoring future contests conducted by Bassani Xhaust, and in promotion and advertising of Bassani Xhaust, except where prohibited.
• Entry into the contest constitutes acceptance of all rules and conditions. Each entrant is required to complete the entry form, with a declaration that she has read, understood and agrees to abide by the rules of the contest.
• Anyone found in violation of any of these RULES & REGULATIONS may be eliminated from this contest at anytime and disqualified from any or all future contests. You are responsible for the content of your user information and images.

CONTEST DEADLINE:

Contest begins on March 1, 2007. All entries must be submitted no later than July 15, 2007. Bassani Xhaust is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected or corrupted entries or entry materials.

CONTEST FINALISTS:

Five Finalists and two Alternate Finalists will be selected by agents of Bassani Xhaust, based on appearance, photogenic quality and vitality from contestants’ submitted photo entry. All five Finalists will be notified by email and telephone. The five Finalists will be announced on www.bassani.com and online voting will be available. The Contest Winner will be required to travel to Anaheim, CA and depart on the date to be specified by Bassani Xhaust. Failure to attend and/or travel on those dates will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes, and will be awarded to the next runner up. Contest winner will win a trip to California to participate in a professional photo shoot and the opportunity to represent Bassani Xhaust in our annual poster, national advertising and appear at nationwide trade shows, race events and industry venues. The contest Winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Elegibility/Liability and Model Release Contract within 7 days of notification or attempt thereof. Failure to properly and/or timely execute and return such forms and/or failure to comply with any portion of these Official Rules will result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to the next runner-up. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be permitted. The prizes are awarded based on full compliance with these rules. Only Finalists/Winners will be notified.

Taxes on monetary compensation and prizes are winners’ sole responsibility. Judges’ decisions are final. Incomplete, inaccurate, damaged and/or illegible entries will be disqualified. By entering this contest and/or accepting any prize in connection herewith, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Bassani Xhaust, participating co-sponsors and any other such entities affiliated with this promotion, each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, and liability for any injury, losses, damages, disputes and/or disability resulting from participation in this contest and/or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, any travel related thereto). The entrant declared the winner of the contest will not sign or enter into a management contract with individuals, organizations or firms and will not give any written or verbal endorsement to goods, or be associated with any commercial organizations without the prior authority from Bassani Xhaust up to the time the title has been relinquished to the winner of the following year’s contest. All photographs taken of contestants by an assigned contest photographer shall remain the exclusive property of Bassani Xhaust. Employees and agents of Bassani Xhaust shall have the authority to take photographs of contestants for such purposes as may be deemed necessary.

In the event that a winning finalist is unable to comply with travel and appearance requirements, all travel tickets and/or vouchers will be returned to Bassani Xhaust and a runner-up will automatically take her place.

If in the event that a finalist does not arrive on time for scheduled flight/transportation arrangements made by Bassani Xhaust, the finalist is solely responsible for any additional costs for added transportation arrangements to and/or from scheduled appearances or home address.

CONTEST ELIGIBILITY:

The “Bassani Babe” Contest is open to any female legal U.S. resident 21 years of age or older. Contestants must provide current/valid name address, phone number and email info. Upon entry into the contest, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicense (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, in any existing or future media, known or unknown, over the material or User Data displayed in your contestant listing. For the purpose of this Agreement, “User Data” shall mean all information (if any) submitted by you. “Individually Identifiable User Data” shall mean that subset of “User Data” which can be reasonably used to identify a specific individual such as their name, address, phone number, etc. The User Data shall be deemed to be the property of Bassani Xhaust. You shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure that it is accurate and complete and not misleading in any way.

Employees of Bassani Xhaust, their parents, divisions, affiliates subsidiaries and agents, including immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Models who are under contract with a modeling agency are not eligible to enter if participation would conflict with terms of such a contract. Models who have performed services for other agencies are still eligible to enter. All U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This contest is void where prohibited, check with your local laws and ordinances.

Contestants caught trying to cheat the voting system will be disqualified.

Decisions made by Bassani Xhaust in all matters relating to qualification standards, selection of candidates, and winners shall be deemed final. The judge’s decision is final. No exceptions. Bassani Xhaust is not responsible for any personal injuries or damage caused or suffered to any entrant arising from the conduct of the contest.

The use of the images on this site is prohibited for any use without written consent of Bassani Xhaust.

We reserve the right to modify the rules of the contest at any time. In the event of modification of these rules, we will attempt to email all users of this service.
